1General Terms & Conditions

Betandreas (hereinafter referred to as "we", "betandreas", or "the Platform") is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license. These Terms & Conditions apply to the website, mobile app, and all associated services.

3Age & Eligibility

Betandreas strictly enforces an adults-only policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

Betandreas does not offer services in certain countries or regions. If your location falls outside betandreas's service area, you will not be able to create an account or use the platform. Any account created from a restricted region will be closed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties or using someone else's payment method are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed (above a specified threshold).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Betandreas strictly adheres to international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. betandreas reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and will notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

5Bonus Terms

Betandreas offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with specific terms and conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to each user one time only.
• A specific code may be required at the time of your first deposit to activate a bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5x–30x).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw. For example, a 500 ৳ bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse and bonus arbitrage are strictly prohibited. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Providing false information to obtain a bonus
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus requirements
• Attempting to transfer bonus balance to another account

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Betandreas.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, you may use it.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, betandreas reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Maximum Win Limit

There is a maximum limit on how much you can win from a single bet or combined bet. This limit may vary across different sports and games. Any amount exceeding the limit will not be paid out.

6.3 Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, your odds remain fixed even if the odds change afterwards. However, betandreas reserves the right to update odds up until the match begins.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Betandreas reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Registration using false or incorrect information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Suspected money laundering
• Attempting to harm other users or the system
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification

7.2 Your Rights

If your account is suspended, we will notify you through your registered contact. You can reach out to us to learn the reason and provide any required information to restore your account.

8Responsible Gaming
